A Study of Niraparib Maintenance Treatment in Patients With Advanced Ovarian Cancer Following Response on Front-Line Platinum-Based Chemotherapy
This is a research study to test niraparib (study drug), and the study is being done to help find out if niraparib can help delay the worsening of ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer among patients who had a good response to previous cancer treatment with a platinum-type chemotherapy drug. The study will also look at the safety and effects (both good and bad) of niraparib. About 330 participants will take part in this study.
This research study is led by Dr. Tashanna Myers.
