"I did a self-exam and felt something different"

Betty Schneider did a breast self-exam and grew concerned, so she called her doctor. After several biopsies, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. "It was a very tough time for me," she says.

"Make sure you do self-exams, and don't take your health for granted"
