Baystate Franklin Medical Center will host a reception for photographers contributing to an exhibit, Fall-ing into Winter, on Tuesday, November 17, 5:30 pm, in the hall outside Oncology, on the main floor of the hospital.
Beauty of the Pioneer Valley
The exhibit features a collection of photographs by eighteen members of the Meetup group Base Camp Photo Adventures in the Pioneer Valley and Beyond.
The event is free and open to the public; light refreshments will be served.
The exhibit, which will be on display in the Oncology hallway through January, includes photos depicting autumn and winter scenes around New England, primarily in the Pioneer Valley. A majority of the photographs are available for sale.
Ginny Newton of Erving, the organizer for the event and volunteer art curator for Baystate Franklin Medical Center’s Oncology wing said, “We are excited about our first group exhibit and are looking forward to talking to visitors about our work and our group.”
