About Baystate Wing Hospital
We are a 46-bed community hospital in Palmer, Massachusetts. We provide access to the world-class doctors, treatments, diagnostics, and technology of the Baystate Health network. Out team members, including skilled, compassionate nurses and medical support staff members, provide advanced and compassionate care.

Baystate Convenient Care - Palmer
If you don't have a primary care provider, or you have a condition that can't wait for a regular primary care appointment, our Convenient Care offers same-day urgent care and telehealth visits. Learn more about Convenient Care-Palmer, or call 413-370-7000.

Parking for Patients and Visitors
We offer free parking 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our Dining Services
The cafeteria is on the lower level of the hospital. We welcome visitors seven days a week during the following hours:
Monday - Friday
- Breakfast: 7 - 10:30 am
- Full breakfast: 8 - 10 am
- Lunch: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
- Dinner: 4 - 6pm
Saturday and Sunday
- Breakfast: 7 - 10:30 am
- Lunch: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
- Dinner: 4 - 6 pm

Lab Services
Our blood draw center is open at the following times:
- Monday - Friday: 7 am - 7 pm
- Saturday: 8 am - noon
