Information & Technology has enhanced its system-wide service and resource offerings for Baystate employees with the new IT Support Services, available on the new Service Management platform. IT Support Services is a self-service tool with an easy-to-navigate interface to effectively meet your IT product and service needs and provide resources to address your IT questions. To access from within eWorkplace, look for the IT Support Services icon in the upper right hand corner of the eWorkplace homepage, in the same place where you would access the ServiceDesk. What can you do on IT Support Services? Password reset: Request a password reset for a service or an application. Ask a question: When you aren't sure what you're looking for. Product & service catalog: Browse the IT service request catalog. Something broken: Report something that just isn't working right. Knowledge Base (KB): Search for tutorials, FAQs, manuals, etc. My Incidents: Check the status of your IT service incidents. Need to reset your network or email password?
