Estimated expenses for the year are as follows:


  • Baystate Midwifery Education Program Courses = $550/credit | $4,000/semester | $20,000 total
    (Subject to change without prior notice.)
  • Midwifery Institute of Thomas Jefferson University Courses = $1059 per credit, 12 credits required
  • Total tuition cost for Certificate of Midwifery with Master’s Completion = $32,708

American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) Student Membership  $138/year + state dues = $25

Living Expenses
Housing, transportation, child care, etc., are the responsibility of the student. Some Financial Aid in the form of scholarships, small grants and student loans is available.
