Weight loss surgery support group meetings are open to patients enrolled in Baystate Health's bariatric surgery program. Patients are welcome and encouraged to bring one or two supportive adults to meetings to increase their knowledge of weight loss surgery and a successful weight loss surgery lifestyle.
No appointment is necessary to attend these meetings, which are free of charge. Speakers generally include bariatric surgery patients who share their weight loss surgery journey and insights, or healthcare professionals involved in the bariatric surgery program.
