Baystate Rehabilitation Care - Longmeadow, a service of Baystate Medical Center, provides a full range of rehabilitation services to help adult patients regain function and achieve recovery. Our team of experienced physical therapists will work with you and your referring physician to develop an individualized treatment plan designed to reach your goals. Additionally, we offer vestibular rehabilitation and concussion treatment.
We are located within the Baystate Health & Wellness Center in Longmeadow.
