About Our Practice: Baystate Medical Practices - South Hadley Adult Medicine is a group of internal medicine physicians whose goal is to provide patients in South Hadley and surrounding communities with quality medical care.  Our physicians are on the medical staff of Baystate Medical Center, the region's primary source for emergency care, comprehensive medical and hospital services, and wellness and health education programs.  Should you require hospital care, your physician will arrange for your admission to Baystate through the Hospital medicine Program and closely monitor your progress.  Your physician may also refer you to the hospital as an outpatient if you require tests or procedures, such as x-rays.
