As Senior Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, at Baystate Health, Keith C. McLean-Shinaman is helping to ensure the long-term financial viability of this $1.5 billion integrated delivery system and oversees all financial activities and operations.
He has over 30 years experience in health care financial management and has been Senior Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 1995. Previously, he held positions as Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis, Director, Financial Services and Director, Audit Services, at Baystate. Prior to joining Baystate Health, he was employed by the international public accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company.
Mr. McLean-Shinaman is a Certified Public Accountant and earned an AB degree in economics from Hamilton College and an MBA degree from Rutgers University.
He volunteers in numerous community and professional activities, is a past member of the Board of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and currently serves on the Board of the MA Taxpayers Foundation and the Springfield Kiwanis Club, where he is also a past President.
